I know firsthand the detrimental impacts of trauma and the healing that’s possible through a confidential, caring relationship. I’m passionate about helping trauma survivors experience the healing available through therapy. My academic and clinical training emphasizes trauma-informed, research-based approaches including interpersonal neurobiology, trauma-informed CBT, and contemporary psychodynamic theory.

I have a special interest in working with adult children of divorce, survivors of sibling abuse, and brave ones living with complicated grief.
